Important Note: It is very important that you check with the office first the availability of any rooms on your date of use. Please call our Office Administrator, Melissa Villa at 650-348-4811 to schedule and or confirm meeting room, date and time.
Church Facilities Use Application/Agreement
Upon confirmation of availablity of the room, date and time with our Parish Administrator, Lloyd Aubry, please review and fill out this agreement form and return to Melissa Villa at mvilla@stpaulsburlingame.org or fax at 650.348.2126. The rental cost and the required deposit will be given after reviewing your application.
St. Paul's Facility Use Set-Up
Use these form if you require room set-ups and break-downs by our caretakers. Please note that our caretakers are only responsible for set-up and break-downs of tables and chairs, projector screen, podium, dvd/tv. All other things such as sound equipment, projector, easels, pads, writing tools should be provided by the group using the facility. Fill-out this form as thorough as you can. Fax or email the completed forms, to mvilla@stpaulsburlingame.org or fax at 650-348.2126.
